Simple Crowdfunding is a Property Crowdfunding platform that connects investors with property professionals.  

We provide a solution that is disrupting the traditional property financing model.  By cutting out the organisational and regulatory costs of raising traditional finance, we provide developers with fairer and more diverse access to finance.  The platform provides all levels of investors with simple access to the property market, whether buying shares into a property project or investing (including through ISA) into asset-backed loans.

Our projects range from basic refurbishments to large scale commercial to residential conversions and new builds.  To date, we have raised over £8.5M, across 26 projects.
