When is TSF: Connect taking place?

The Superyacht Forum will take place between the 14th - 16th of November.

The Superyacht Forum is in partnership with METSTRADE, who will be hosting their 35th conference this year between 15th - 17th of November.

This year you will be able to gain access to METSTRADE with your TSF: Connect delegate badge.

Opening times

Day One - 14.11.23 - 09:00 - 20:30

Day Two - 15.11.23 - 08:00 - 23:00

Day Three - 16.11.23 - 09:00 - 18:00

How do I receive my ticket once I have purchased it?

Ticket Confirmation emails containing the QR code to be presented at the registration desk will be sent out in the final week before the conference. Please ensure that you have the QR code ready to present to our staff upon your arrival at Entrance E.

How do I get to the RAI Amsterdam?

By Train:
Station RAI is just 300 metres from the RAI building and has regular connections to Schiphol, Rotterdam, Utrecht, The Hague and the international rail network. RAI Amsterdam is only a couple of minutes walk from the RAI train station.

By Car:
RAI Amsterdam is situated just off Amsterdam's A10 ring motorway (exit 9) and has its own underground car park.

Visitors to public events are advised to use public transport. RAI Amsterdam is only 15 minutes away from Amsterdam Airport Schiphol and has its own train station.

Once I arrive at the RAI, how do I get to the Superyacht Forum?

TSF: Connect will be at the same venue and location as previous years. You will access the event through Entrance E of the RAI.

Key information about this year's Entrance location will be shared in the build-up to the Forum. But please see HERE a map of the RAI, Amsterdam and the location of entrance E.

How do I receive my delegate badge upon arriving at the Forum?

There will be a dedicated registration period between 09:00-10:00 each day of the superyacht forum. Registration desks will be direct to the right and left of Entrance E of the RAI, which is the only entrance to this year's Superyacht Forum.

If you arrive after the assigned registration period, do not worry members of our team will be manning the registration desks at all times.

If you want to purchase a ticket at the door of the event, you will be able to as long as we do not reach delegate capacity before the 14th of November. We strongly recommend that you purchase a ticket in advance to guarantee your attendance.

When and where is lunch being held for this year’s Forum?

On all three days of the forum this year, lunch will be held in the Onyx Lounge, a short walk from the conference venue. There will be clear signposting and our team will be on hand to guide delegates to the Onyx lounge.

The lunch period for day one and two will be 13:15 - 14:45.
On day three lunch will be 13:15 – 14:30.

When and where will the Red Party be hosted?

The Red Party is being hosted at the Zuidpool, just a short walk from Entrance E of the RAI. The Red Party will start at 19:00 on Day Two of TSF: Connect and will finish at 23:00. All delegates that have purchased a Day Two ticket for this year’s Superyacht Forum will gain access to the Red Party.
