ACO MARIPUR WASTEWATER TREATMENT SYSTEM SUCCESSFULLY COMPLETES BUREAU VERITAS TYPE APPROVAL TESTS FOR IMO MEPC 227(64) INCLUDING SECTION 4.2 - ACO Marine has received Bureau Veritas type approval for its new generation Maripur NF wastewater treatment systems which exceed IMO MEPC 227(64) standards including Section 4.2 defining additional standards for passenger operations in IMO designated ‘Special Areas’. BV certified results for Maripur NF are Coliform bacteria 17.5 count/100ml, TSS 2.4mg/l, BOD 7.3mg/l, COD 60mg/l, Total Nitrogen 7.2mg/l and phosphorous 0.3mg/l.
