I wonder how certain you are of your initial response. What happens if the duty manager misses the call because they are in the shower, or the phone goes dead or out of signal range?
How many yacht managers, large and small, have a robust process in place that captures the initial emergency message, processes it, and then responds according to a preset cascade message system?
