The Hill Robinson Group unveils its new-look retail charter and brokerage company.
Hill Robinson, widely recognised as one of the largest and most respected yacht management companies, today announces the relaunch of heritage brand Moravia Yachting. Acquired by the Hill Robinson Group in 2017, the new-look Moravia Yachting will expand Hill Robinson’s highly specialised mix of services to help their clients make optimal investment choices on all aspects of yacht acquisition, construction, sale and charter.
A natural fit for Hill Robinson
The name ‘Moravia’ dates back over 150 years to 1863 and the brand continued its expansion throughout the early 1900’s to offer a wide range of yachting products and services globally. The company opened its first office in the Principality of Monaco in 1962 and has maintained an excellent reputation ever since. Moravia Yachting was an ideal fit for the Hill Robinson Group, sharing the same philosophies in high-end client services within the professional yachting services arena.
Since our acquisition we have achieved several large sales transactions and remain very busy with retail charter bookings. With a great team coming together, we are excited about the future prospects of the Moravia Yachting business.
Twenty years of strategic growth and client support
As Hill Robinson approaches its 20th anniversary in 2021, the company continues to undergo exciting strategic growth and has cemented itself as one of the superyacht sector’s elite companies and brands. In addition to yacht management, the company now boasts a broad spectrum of services, including: aviation, charter management, corporate structuring, crew and new construction. Adding retail charter and sales under the Moravia banner completes the yachting lifecycle. With this continued expansion, the company continues to strengthen its senior management team with the appointment of Tim Leese as Chief Operating Officer and Kurt Fraser as the group’s Sales and Marketing Director.
With continued growth across the Hill Robinson Group, the time is right to press the accelerator. We are ready to make our presence known with a higher profile, a fresh re- brand and will continue to recruit and build the Moravia Yachting team.
