We are delighted to announce that the DSNM website (www.dsnmltd.com) has undergone a major overhaul with many exciting new features. David Store (Managing Director) and Martin Amy (Director) will be showcasing the new website whilst at the Monaco Yacht Show. As well as there being a brand new look and feel to the website, the functionality has been drastically improved to ensure it’s a valuable tool for all DSNM Clients, Fleet Managers and Management Companies.
Many of the enhanced elements of the new website are within the Client Portal which is featured for the first time. This section is only accessible by DSNM clients and offers amazing benefits including:
• Online instant messenger (similar to WhatsApp), ensuring extended channels of communication with immediate responses when possible via your Fleet Manager
• Management of digital licenses, showing all products which are licensed, their expiry date and the ability to export a csv file and request a renewal.
• Free passage planning tool against onboard active outfit or available charting outfits
• Ability to view your online outfit
• Access to invoice history
• Tutorial videos - showing how to navigate the client log in area
• Publication supplements
These new features ensure not only our lines of communication are improved but the DSNM experience for all our clients is second to none. All clients receive a unique username and password from their Fleet Manager, providing access to all the above features.
DSNM have also formatted this website to be viewed on all formats of hand held media – Android / IPAD / IPHONE etc ensuring clients can easily access the information whilst on the go.
If agreed with by the client itself, Yacht Management companies can also now request usernames and passwords to allow them to check the status of a yacht to view invoice history etc.
