The MLC certificate, now necessary for both yachts sourcing crew and agencies that provide crew hire services, offers the guarantee of secure and regulated working conditions including adequate rest hours, employee contracts and insurance.
Commercially Registered Vessels, such as those serviced by mymuybueno Private Chefs, that comply with MLC 2006 regulations are obliged to use certified recruitment and placement agencies.
