Nauta Air 111

Cantiere Delle Marche has secured the contract of another Nauta Air. This newest vessel will be the largest Nauta Air to date and will become the flagship for the range.…

ITALY, Ancona. Following the the sale of a 102ft Explorer Yacht Darwin Class, Cantiere Delle Marche has announced the sale of a 111ft Nauta Air. With interior and exterior design by the Nauta Yachts team of Mario Pedol and Massimo Gino, as with all Cantiere Delle Marche vessels, and naval architecture by Vripack, the newest and largest Nauta Air continues the lines fine pedigree.

“A shipyard like ours focuses on yachts which cruise intensively and extensively for months, exploring the most remote areas of the oceans,” comments Vasco Buonpensiere, partner and sales manager at Cantiere Delle March. “Working with our friends at Vripack was therefore the natural evolution for us, proving that the Dutch engineering world and the Italian shipbuilding culture at its best are able to establish amazing synergies.”

The Nauta Air features bold, minimalist lines and has an air of masculinity that affirms its rugged modus operandi. This vessel will have a beam of approximately 8m, a volume of around 330gt and has been commissioned by a Latin American client, lending weight to the consensus that Latin America is a burgeoning hub of superyacht ownership.

This explorer vessel, that will soon become the flagship for the Nauta Air range, is scheduled for delivery in 2017 and will be built to suit the exacting needs of an experienced owner who has a passion for underwater photography, scientific research and the study of marine animals. She will be designed for lengthy periods on board and autonomy from the shore.
