46m sailing yacht 'Zanziba' launched…
The Turkish shipyard Etemoglu Boatyard has announced the launch of the 46m sailing superyacht Zanziba. The project was firstly reported in 2011, but the successful launch took place at the beginning of June, 2015.
Due to some changes in her layout, Zanziba now features a full beam master stateroom, three twins and a double cabin.
Zanziba is equipped with a Caterpillar 2X C18 engine model and can reach a top speed of 13 knots.
The yacht was initially started by Archipelago Yachts, but the completion process was made by Etemoglu Boatyard in cooperation with the designer David Wright and the naval architects from Fairlie Restorations.
Her hull is made with cold molded wood, while the interior is characterised with the use of teak, burr oak and zebrano veneers.
