Williams unveils its pink tender

UK, London. English boat builder Williams Performance Tenders unveiled a special version of its Turbojet 325 at this year’s London Boat Show in aid of charity. The team at Williams is hopeful that its bespoke pink boat will raise a significant amount at auction for Breast Cancer Care’s FAB1 Million project.

“We are looking forward hugely to the London Boat Show this year,” commented sales director at Williams Performance Tenders, Mathew Hornsby prior to the show, which started on 4th January. “Not only will we be displaying our new model range Turbojets at the show for the first time, we will also be celebrating the start of a milestone anniversary year. With the addition of our bespoke pink tender as well, it looks like being a very exciting show.”

Unveiled earlier this afternoon by Formula 1 BBC presenter Suzi Perry, the bright pink tender is set to grab visitor’s attention. If the colour doesn't, its performance will, as the 3.3m boat can reach 20 knots in under four seconds and will continue until it reaches a top speed of 40 knots. The speed is achieved thanks to a Weber 850MPE engine, which is connected to a high performance jet pump system. The boat can accommodate four guests, with space for luggage provided in the forward locker and under the central seat.


The pink 325 is from the next generation of Turbojet models, which had its world première at the Cannes Boat Show last year. Having had a successful boat show season, the boat builder has already announced plans to return to the 2014 Monaco Yacht Show, Boot Dusseldorf and Miami International Boat show, while also attending METS for the first time in November.

The auction will run throughout the show, which ends on 12th January, so make sure you don't miss a chance to see the boat for yourself at William’s stand at B230 and make a bid.
