International Yacht Collection (IYC) has two new central agency listings; both are motoryachts called Polly and both are listed with Mark Elliott.

Just under two years on from its last re-sale, the 41.15m Alloy Yachts build, formerly known as Como, has had a change of central agency and is now listed with IYC. After undergoing an instant price reduction of $350,000 earlier this week, she now has an asking price of $13.9 million.

Elliott commented on her ‘spectacular’ condition, after being well maintained by an experienced owner. A yard period in 2012 in New Zealand saw completion of her five-year class Lloyds survey. Additionally, her hull was repainted and Redman Whiteley Dixon completed a refresh of the interior.

Data from The Superyacht Intelligence Agency shows that the average range of a live 21st century built 35-45m motoryacht travelling at 12 knots is 3,184nm. At the same speed, Polly is able to obtain a 4,500nm range, which is economical when making comparisons to yachts of a similar size and would not restrict long-range cruising plans.

The second Polly that has been listed with an asking price of $3.25 million is the 32m Sunseeker 105 build that was delivered in 2002. She is able to accommodate 10 guests throughout four staterooms (both twin rooms have pullmans for extra guests) and is fitted with two MTU 16V2000 engines that allow her to reach a maximum speed of 35 knots and a cruising speed of 27 knots.
