Yacht Sales
This week has seen two yacht sales. The 24m sailing yacht Kemmuna, built by Jongert, was sold by joint central agents Dahm International (who has now completed its eighth sale this year) and Ocean Independence. Her asking price was €1,500,000.
Fraser Yachts announced the sale of the Havkoort 45m My Trust. The motor yacht had an asking price of €23,950,000.
New Central Agencies
Bernard Gallery and Fraser Yachts have been appointed joint central agents for the 32.8m Multiplast sailing yacht Swift. Last year the catamaran was converted into a fast cruising yacht, and her asking price is €2,950,000.
Denison Yacht Sales has announced its appointment as central agent for Mistral 55. The 35.37m motor yacht, previously listed with Moran, had a refit earlier this year which was featured in Issue 127 of The Superyacht Report (Issue 128 will be available at FLIBS), and her asking price is €7,950,000.
Oceanstyle has announced it will handle the sale of 24.1m motor yacht Dolce Vita II, whose asking price is $1,495,000, and Drettmann Yachts will handle the sale of the 26.5m motor yacht Elegance 87 New Line, with an asking price of €2,988,000.
Camper & Nicholsons has also announced it will handle the sale of the 25.6m motor yacht Ikarus, who is asking €3,500,000, as well as the 2004, 43.3m motor yacht Incentive, who is asking $25,000,000.
Price reductions
This week IYC has announced three price reductions. The 49.1m motor yacht Anjilis has had three $1,000,000 reductions this week. The 2009 yacht started the week with an asking price of $30,900,000, and at the end of the week had been reduced by a total of $3,000,000 to $27,900,000. IYC has announced the reduction of their second Trinity build this week, the 45.72m motor yacht Carpe Diem II, who had a refit earlier this year, and has been reduced by $1,000,000 to $17,950,000. The 47.9m motor yacht Thirteen has been reduced by $1,000,000 to a new price of $28,500,000.
Yachtzoo has announced the reduced price of the 30.75m Carobelle. The Azimut motor yacht was reduced by $500,000 to $2,950,000.
Ocean Independence has reduced three of its yachts this week. The 25.05m sailing yacht Noheea is down by €250,000 to €1,250,000. The 26.95m motor yacht Aspiracion is down by €450,000 to €1,500,000, and Clan VI, the 40m sailing yacht, is down €650,000 to €3,850,000.
Elsewhere, Dahm International has announced a €650,000 reduction of Nuberu Nau, a 28.45m sailing yacht, who is now asking €2,500,000. Burger Brokerage also reduced the 35.39m motor yacht Tenacity by $300,000, and she is now asking $9,950,000.
