37.5m Sol makes an appearance on the re-sale market only 17 months after its launch in March 2014. She is a new central agency listing with Flavio Constantino of Fraser Yachts and has an asking price of $14.2 million.

Sol is the first hull of the 122 Mythos range and is the largest yacht Riva has completed to date; a marginal step up in LOA from the popular Athena 115 range. She is also the first yacht to have been built by the Italian shipyard in entirely light aluminium alloy.

The model features between three and five cabins, of which Sol has the former and as such can accommodate 6 guests. All the cabins are en-suite, and the voluminous full-beam master also features a sauna. Officina Italiana Design, who primarily work with Riva, carried out the interior and exterior work.

She is powered by 2x MTU 12V 4000 M93L engines and has a planing hull. A range of 1,300 nautical miles can be obtained at 12 knots, making her less proficient at long-range cruising and more adept at shorter passages.

Riva currently has a 50m in build with its delivery scheduled for 2017. Upon completion this vessel will be the largest of the Riva fleet and showcases the yard's diversity and capability at handling a wide scope of LOA.

LOA: 37.5m
