Pendennis has completed a comprehensive refit of 38m sailing yacht, Gloria.

The Jongert built, Dutch designed 38m Gloria commenced her refit in July, after she was hauled out during the Pendennis Cup.

Work included complete re-decking. Her deck hardware was stripped and serviced with some replacements made, leaving her topside as 'good as new'. Her schooner rig was also completely overhauled, with new standing rigging and fore rig installed alongside a repaint of the main mast.

Gloria is a returning visitor to Pendennis. She had minor works completed last year at Pendennis' new Palma facility, where she was also one of the first projects received. The UK based business said they were "delighted to welcome Gloria to Falmouth."

After her October re-launch she makes her way to the Mediterranean for the winter.
