Raytheon Anschütz to show latest generation Bridge Control series at Monaco

Raytheon Anschütz, German manufacturer of integrated bridge systems, will be demonstrating the latest generation of their Synapsis Intelligent Bridge Control series at Monaco Yacht Show.

Synapsis is based on a newly developed system architecture featuring task-orientated multifunctional workstations. The workstations use new generation solid-state hardware, share data through an Ethernet ring network, and include an innovative software framework to centralize tasks as well as improve integrity and consistency of information delivered.

Users will benefit from maximum flexibility by having access to any function regardless of workstation. The Captain’s work is simplified through a standardized HMI, enhanced functionality, as well as intelligently automated routines such as sensor data quality management and alert handling.

“With Synapsis we offer customers a professional, higher-level and IMO certified navigation system. Thanks to its unique system architecture we can offer customers larger system solutions with both, navigation and ship automation, with high flexibility for the respective manufacturers,” said Tobias Grunwald, Segment Manager for Megayachts at Raytheon Anschütz.



Italian yacht automation systems provider, Seastema will be joining Raytheon Anschütz at Monaco. The two companies have jointly worked recently on two Italian superyacht projects, following their partnership to work jointly on delivering advanced integrated bridge systems.
