MCP Yachts' latest vessel undergoes sea trials

Brazilian shipyard, MCP Yachts' latest superyacht has surpassed her contracted specs during sea trials.…

Brazilian shipyard MCP Yachts has reported successful sea trials for its latest launch, the 32.31m Limited Edition 106. According to a yard statement, trials ‘could not have been better’ with the yacht exceeding its 24-knot contracted top speed at only 89 per cent maximum power.

Describing the yacht itself, MCP said the oversized windows that characterise the main deck creates a ‘succession of surprises’, as do the large windows found in the owner’s suite and the main salon.

The vessel, which can sleep 11 guests, is an all-aluminium superyacht allowing for a relatively high speed despite the projected 3,000nm range.
