KEP Marine launches BridgeView Monitor Management Panel and computer accessories

Kessler-Ellis Products (KEP) Marine has launched its BridgeView Monitor Management Panel and line of computer accessories, rounding out KEP Marine’s offering of a simplified command processing solution at the helm.

The clear and vibrant no haze and no glare display of the BridgeView Monitor allows its user to seamlessly manage KEP-branded monitors through a single-colour TFT touchscreen display. Whether individually as a group, the BridgeView Monitor offers simple control of several glass bridge displays. The system’s interface allows its user to power monitors on and off, switch between night and day viewing modes, change screen signals and adjust brightness.

The system can be tailored to meet specific user preferences, with the option of setting presets to display predefined configurations such as docking, cruising or fishing modes.

The monitor uses a Linux operating system, and can be easily set to match a system’s network, language and IP addresses. The panel is also compatible with Gefen and Extron switchers including the SW series to allow for a wide variety of viewing possibilities.


Additionally, KEP Marine now offers a line of trackballs and keyboards for use with computers in harsh marine conditions.

The Duralight Keyboard and Trackball features 106 keys with separate numerical and control keypads, and integrates a 2-inch (50mm) trackball. Available in both panel mount and steel enclosure options, the system has low-power, high-brightness LED backlighting with enhanced fiber optics that feature 8-level dimming to meet individual user preference.



The trackball is available in size small as 1inch in diameter, ideal for limited mounting space. Available with IP65, IP67 and IP68 ratings, the trackball has exceptional sealing characteristics, as well as a 7-colour illuminated option, the latest generation of laser trackballs and several all-stainless steel models.
