Innermost at Milan
SYD has always been a fan of British design house Innermost and their presence at Milan Furniture Fair this year only served to underpin their status as one of the more exciting furniture studios around...…
One of these international design stars is Corinna Warm, the Berlin-born designer who created the Slice nest of tables and the Circus series of pendant lights for Innermost to show at Milan.
Slice features three different heights in one set, enabling the user to use them together in anything from a circle to a wave, or separately as individual tables. Available in three colours at the moment—black, white and ‘inn Red’, Innermost’s own unique red—and a natural teak finish will be ready later in the year.
Circus is a simple but beautiful pendant lamp that was inspired by the traditional shape of a circus tent. It comes in three sizes and two colourways: matt black or white with a soft gold textured metallic interior.
Innermost also exhibited many other new designs as well as old classics in new colourways, including the Fillet pendant lamp, designed by Geeio Yuen, in black, Bubble by Steve Jones in three new colourways, and the Koi chairs by Jarrod Lim.
