Endeavour Quay announces two launches

Endeavour Quay has launched additional work space at its yard along with the relaunch of newly refitted 30m Moonen yacht.
 
The Hampshire yard already houses several marine businesses including chandlery, rigger, sail maker, engineer, surveyor and painters. The release of additional work space is intended to grow the business:
 
“We want to to provide an even better on site, one stop shop increasing the onsite contractors available to vessels coming to us for maintenance and refits,” said Lucy Thomson, marketing manager.
 
Shortly after announcing the business plan, Endeavour Quay have revealed refit on 30m Moonen Infinity, is complete. Having undergone a full re-spray, fitting of new stabilisers and a complete 5 year class survey, the 130 tonne vessel is ready to leave for sunnier skies.
 
“Being able to use a mix of onsite service providers and external contractors has been ideal to achieve what we wanted,” said Alex Cory, Infinity’s skipper.

“We are now looking forward to being back on the water and making the most of the new kit we have fitted.”



Tim Newell, boatyard manager at Endeavour Quay added, “We have really enjoyed having Alex and his team here and hope that vessels such as these continue to realise what a fantastic facility we have to offer. The relationship between the yacht crew and shore team has worked very well and although they will be missed, we wish them a fantastic onward journey. We are looking forward now to welcoming future visitors.”
 
Endeavour Quay, UK, provides yacht refit and servicing work with undercover sheds capable of taking vessels up to 40m, a 180 tonne boat hoist, open yard policy, deep water access and no air draft restriction, plus transport links and accommodation.
 
Space is offered for long or short term hire for project management offices, marine businesses and for storage space.
