Yachtzoo has announced that they have listed 46m Mystic for sale with a price tag of €11.75 million.
Mystic is the first hull in a series introduced by the Turkish yard to accommodate what it has identified as higher demand in the 40m+ segment. Since she was launched in April 2010, the yard has delivered 47m Orient Star, in 2012, and they currently have three other 47m hulls in build.
Mystic’s impressive exterior lines are the work of Holland-based Diana Yacht Design who has apportioned generous outdoor spaces over the yacht’s three-deck layout. The interior is styled by Schnaase Interior Design and is able to accommodate 10 guests over five lavish staterooms, with additional room for eight crew.
A highlight of Mystic’s general arrangement is the master suite, which is located on the upper deck and has its own opulent private aft. deck and dining, full beam dressing room, bathroom and office.
The main deck is dedicated to comfort and luxury, encompassing a gym, sauna, spa and private cinema. There is also a formal dining room, boasting a modern art nouveau style that is complemented by a selection of deep woods, silver lacquer work, a range of silk and woollen fabrics, with large windows allowing for an abundance of natural light.
Data from The Superyacht Intelligence Agency shows that at €11.75 million, she is the lowest priced yacht from the 14 to be listed for sale this year between 45 and 50m and with a build year of post-2010. The average listing price among the other listings is €24.57 million, making it evident that Mystic offers substantial opportunities for new ownership.
