43.9m ‘Four Wishes’ re-appears on re-sale market

Four Wishes re-appears on the re-sale market with Ocean Independence…

Four Wishes was one of the first superyachts to be sold on the re-sale market in 2015, on 2 January, but is now re-appearing on the market through Thom Conboy of Ocean Independence. The Palmer Johnson build will be attending the Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show with a price tag of $15.9 million.

Four Wishes was built by the US yard in 2004 and underwent a paint refit in 2014, whilst also completing her 10 year survey. Since her sale in January this year, she has also been through a full interior and exterior soft goods refit, which was overseen by A La Mer Inc. in Fort Lauderdale.

Amongst the work completed is the replacement of the main salon, sky lounge and master suite furnishings with new custom-detailed upholstery and crafted tables and ottomans, establishing greater harmonisation with the existing interior décor. One of the rejuvenations to the exterior soft goods is the new teak hi-gloss two-piece dining table fashioned for the aft deck, along with imported Italian folding director’s chairs.

A valuable proposition for a prospective owner is her impressive charter track record. She has a family ambiance and primarily sleeps 10 guests over five cabins but there is a convertible office/cabin that allows her to sleep 12 guests if desired.

So far in 2015 there have been five listings of Palmer Johnson builds and three sales. Helios II, another of Palmer Johnson’s builds listed for sale this year, will also be attending the Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show.
