VMG Refit & Repair Shipyard is a fast-growing player in the Mediterranean refit and repair market. Strategically located just 25 minutes north of Valencia, in the historic industrial city of Puerto de Sagunto, the shipyard was originally designed for new builds and was acquired by the Ibaizabal Group in 2020.

Today, VMG boasts state-of-the-art facilities, including a 300-ton Travelift, two haul-out pits, and 76,800 m² of hard standing. Its in-house workshops cover mechanical and machining, carpentry, welding, and electrical services. The shipyard provides a comprehensive range of services, from hull and structural repairs, propulsion and mechanical maintenance to electrical and electronic upgrades, as well as consultancy and project management.

Currently undergoing expansion, VMG is enhancing its infrastructure to haul-out and accommodate a wider range of both sailing and motor yachts with a new Shiplift, reinforcing its position as a premier full-service facility.
