In April 1965 Gerd Niro Petersen founded Niro-Petersen, to accommodate the demand from yacht owners for top quality yacht fittings. In this time we have grown steadily, and now under the management of the second generation, we are today one of the world’s leading producers of stainless steel yacht fittings.

Niro-Petersen produces more than 1000 different high quality yacht fittings made from stainless steel, AISI 316, electro – polished, in our facility in Flensburg. In addition to our standard catalogue range of products we produce many special custom made fittings.

Our long established reputation for producing articles of sophisticated design and of excellent functionality guarantees that our products can be relied upon to best meet customer’s needs. As yacht owners ourselves, we also expect the best performance of our products.

We have taken advantage of our extensive experience with manufacturing of complex articles in stainless steel to develop a range of top quality household rehabilitation and disability products. Suitable for households, commercial and medical premises, and rehabilitation/residential facilities we offer a unique range of products that meet hygiene and ergonomic standards.

We believe our customers expect the best and so we are committed to sourcing of all raw materials and manufacturing of all articles in Germany and offer this as our irrefutable guarantee of quality and products that you can rely on.
