clean-exhaust is a patented exhaust cleaning system designed for diesel engines with gas/water separator mufflers.

Process: clean-exhaust’s dosing pump injects a specifically formulated EPA and MARPOL approved ecoBrew into the raw water cooling system just before the spray ring. The ecoBrew emulsifies soot particulate as it passes through the vessel’s piping and muffler. No back pressure is created in this process.

Result: Exhaust gas is expelled with little or no particulate facilitating cleaner air, cleaner harbours, cleaner oceans, cleaner hulls and boot stripes with little or no floating sludge or sheen.
