UK, London. SuperyachtDESIGN Week is now nearly upon us. With each year the event grows in size and stature, which is due to the continued support of design brands and studios. The multi-faceted event provides a variety of way in which those from within the superyacht market and beyond can take part. From gold event partners to supper club hosts, the SuperyachtDESIGN Week collaborators are key the event’s success.
Krion are a new gold partner for SuperyachtDESIGN Week (SYDW). The brand, who develop innovative materials for both residential and commercial properties, are now expanding into the superyacht market. Krion are also taking part as a showcase at the event this year, meaning guests can interact with a range of Krion’s products and learn more about its
SYDW welcomes two additional bronze partners this year. RINA return to support the event in 2016. Providing insight into the technical side of design, RINA provide expertise in classification, certification, inspection and testing services.
A showcase in 2015
A new partner for this year, Melik Aquarium specialise in the design and construction of luxury aquariums for superyachts and homes around the world. The aquariums are all bespoke and finely- crafted to each individual’s specification.
A vital part of the social programme, Front Rug and GP & J Baker join the event as Lunch Hotspots. The showrooms will host a selection of delicious food for guests to enjoy as they network, discuss the day’s programme and take a break in the luxurious showroom environment.

Joining a host of Design Centre, Chelsea Harbour showrooms are Dedar, Fromental and Tai Ping, who will take part in the gastronomic experience, The SuperyachtDESIGN Week Supper Clubs. This new initiative will provide an intimate networking opportunity for VIPs and industry guests on the first evening of the event.
A record number of showcases will be on display at this year’s event. Guests will take part in the Sparkling Showcase Reception, where they can explore the brands taking part with a glass of champagne in hand. In addition to their workshop session on day two of the event, Kymeta Corporation will take part as a showcase, presenting the flat panel technology that is changing the face of superyachts.
