Phase II of the Linley for Summit collection

Summit has announced the second phase in its partnership with Linley, and welcomes additions to the Linley for Summit range.…

US, Monterey. Summit has released confirmation of the second phase in its partnership with the British design house Linley, which we reported on in January. The latest additions include an adjustable chaise lounge, footrest, small occasional table, dining armchair, side chair and table, and a three-seat sofa.

The latest additions to the Linley for Summit range highlight the ongoing synergy between Summit’s manufacturing prowess and Linley’s bespoke design. The partnership has focused on producing a range of outdoor furniture made from sustainable, plantation-grown teak.

Phase II will be on display at the Summit showroom, Chelsea Harbour, Design Centre during London Design Week in March and SuperyachtDESIGN Week in June. The new designs will also be available with a mahogany stain with lacquer finish.

Summit has retained a focus on customisation throughout its collaborations and in-house enterprises. Custom finishes and fabrics ensure image and touch meet taste and preference. This focus on customisation will be showcased at the 2015 design shows, expressing the same design silhouettes through different forms and finishes.

“Our brands are perfectly aligned; we both stand for quality and design excellence, elegance and exclusivity,” comments Jane Sieberts, president of Summit Furniture, “We are off to an excellent start.” David Linley, founder and chairman of Linley agreed, “We are thrilled to build on our partnership with Summit.”

Linley’s in-house design team joins a number of award-winning European and American residential and marine design teams in collaborating with Summit.
