Nautical Structures' passerelle
Captain Alan Griffith of motoryacht Raasta reviews the installation and wear and tear of the yacht's passerelle, manufactured by Nautical Structures.…
So when I was in that same position of selecting a new passerelle myself, I contacted Nautical Structures at the Monaco Yacht Show. The design phase with our requirements was soon complete and we moved on to the construction phase. About mid way through I was fortunate enough to visit the factory close to Tampa, Florida and see the passerelle coming together, with some great hospitality to go along with my visit.
The Installation was carried out at Monaco Marine in La Ciotat, with Nautical Structures technicians and LM Hydraulics technicians from Palma assisting. The passerelle's operation two years down the line has been faultless and we are extremely happy with our Nautical Structures' passerelle.
