Founder of mymuybueno – a Palma-based food and lifestyle brand that consists of a deli, crew agency and cookery school – Justine Murphy has now created The mymuybueno Cookbook to share her unique recipes, as well as an insight into her world and her past.

Alongside ideas for healthy dishes and plant-based desserts, she also draws on her experiences of overcoming extreme adversity in her youth, working as a chef on superyachts and eventually founding mymuybueno. 

Reflecting upon much of Murphy’s journey in yachting, the book is also aimed at yacht chefs. “Being an ex-yacht chef, I used to cook the majority of the very recipes in my cookbook for crew, and also many for guests too, just more refined when plating,” Murphy explains.

“All my dessert chapters are plant-based, which is an area many yacht chefs are still less experienced in – I’m always being asked for my deli dessert recipes by chefs on our agency books, so now here they are. The book also makes everything easy to adapt for gluten free and vegan too, with tips on how to literally swap one or two ingredients out.”

The mymuybueno Cookbook will be released on April 16, 2020 and is available to pre-order on Amazon now.
