WhisperPower appoints Beschier Kik as Commercial Director

WhisperPower, the company responsible for the hybrid propulsion system recently featured on Synfo.com, has appointed Beschier Kik to its board. Mr Kik will assume the Commercial Director’s role, developing the company’s market position alongside owner, Roel ter Heide.

Mr Kik has worked in various positions within the marine industry including a spell as the CEO of Vetnus NV. He said of his appointment:

“I have known Roel ter Heide as an industry colleague for some twenty years and we have always had a good relationship. As we are both full of ideas and have a strong drive, it seemed natural to approach the further expansion of WhisperPower together. It is a very interesting challenge as WhisperPower's field of activity is very familiar to me and its ‘mechatronics’ product range, including diesel engines, is state of the art.”
