Vilanova Grand Marina-Barcelona has reached a partnership agreement with Ventura Yachts, one of the largest Ferretti Group dealerships in Europe. The partnership establishes Vilanova Grand Marina-Barcelona as Spains first next generation Ferretti service point, allowing Ventura Yachts to strengthen the technical assistance and after-sales servicing of the Ferretti brand in Barcelona and the Balaeric Islands region.
Starting in May, the Vilanova marina technical area will be home to a new, Ferretti specialised, after-sales service centre. Ventura Yachts will be benefitting from the technical areas modern facilities and resources. Services include anti-fouling and epoxy application, fibreglass and carbon repair, paintwork, lacquers and more.
For Ventura Yachts this agreement includes the opening of a specialised workshop to carry out repair and refit works on the Ferretti fleet, creating a unique location to provide services to its users and clients of the marina. Barcelona is a strategic Mediterranean location that contains strong domestic and international transport links by air, sea, road and rail.
The General Manager of Vilanova Grand Marina commented, “This agreement positions the marina itself as a technical key point for the Ferretti brands fleet, not just for Spain, but also for the western Mediterranean markets. That will provide a strong boost for the industrial activity of our company.”
