Vicem Yachts launches Vanguard Line

Vicem Yachts, the Turkish shipyard and producer of superyachts, has launched the Vanguard Line, comprised of the Vanguard 45 and the Vanguard 33.

Both yachts combine the naval architecture of Michael Peters with the design of Vicem’s in-house team. The Vanguard Line is powered by twin 596.56kW engines, coupled with Arneson Surface Drive transmissions, producing a top speed of over 50 knots.

Alberto Perrone Da Zara, Vicem Yachts’ CEO, explains that the development of the new line has been a carefully researched decision:

“We studied very carefully all competitors worldwide and discovered a few gaps that the yard could fill: improved seaworthiness, a more enjoyable boat in heavier seas, better living space below decks, zero compromise construction quality and a higher cost factor, sometimes very much higher.”
