Sovren launches new approach to yacht management
Sovren Advantage has been designed around the key elements required to operate a yacht to the highest standards…
During the Monaco Yacht Show, Sovren House Group will be announcing a new approach to yacht management, Sovren Advantage. In simple terms, Sovren Advantage means working with one company to provide a yacht with combined operational management, crew supply, safety management, on-board training, charter management and marina berthing. By paying Sovren one fixed monthly fee, yachts eliminate the need to deal with multiple suppliers and associated financial fluctuations.
The new approach came about because Sovren already provides each of these services within its portfolio, thus an owner or representative can opt for a full package or any one of the services required. Sovren’s company International Yacht Register will come within the Sovren Advantage umbrella moving forward.
“Advantage is a new approach to yacht management, which came about because I saw an opportunity to offer the client a cost-plan with no monthly variances,” explains Stephen White, founder and CEO of Sovren House Group. “My management team spans operational management under Steve Warren’s lead, plus Sovren Crew and on-board training expertise, combined with marketing and finance expertise. The strength of the team and our ability to keep client costs to a fixed monthly fee puts us in a strong, differentiated position in the market place.”
