metrica INTERIOR has opened a new showroom and events space at its headquarters in Germany’s Münsterland region. The space will include a wide range of mock-ups in different designs and a spacious library of materials and patterns. The supplier hopes that this new showroom will be a place for work
and a place of inspiration, with events, seminars and training sessions
all set to be held here.
“We have tried to design everything as if it were on a yacht or in a luxury residence,” explains Bodo Kuhnhenn, CEO at metrica INTERIOR. “We want to offer our customers a wide range of materials and all the many possibilities they encapsulate.” To achieve this, the supplier has integrated many of its favourite products into the showroom, including fabric and leather features, sanitation and tableware elements, blinds, lighting and stone. metrica INTERIOR has also included the latest in entertainment technology, with various control systems for lighting, air conditioning, audio and video which can be regulated via the iPad or iPhone.
“We want to increase the efficiency and communications of our projects and are happy to stay in the background so that VIPs can arrive and depart unseen and design their own dream on land, air or water,” adds CTO Kai Dittmar. “If required, we can offer technicians and project managers and if a particular pattern is required, we are able to produce this.”
