IFS North America and ShipConstructor Software Ltd. announce partnership

ShipConstructor Software Ltd and IFS North America have announced a partnership that will enhance the level of integration between their respective products.

ShipConstructor provides shipbuilding CAD/CAM software and IFS produces an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system, designed to support the asset lifecycle including design, fabrication, construction, procurement, aftermarket support and finance.

The agreement follows a long history of collaboration between the two companies, as part of the United States National Shipbuilding Research Programme (NSRP).

Darren Larkins, CEO of ShipConstructor Software Ltd., said of the news: “Both of our organizations are committed to providing solutions that best meet client needs. We want to enhance interoperability and integration to provide greater benefit to shipbuilders.”
