Esthec establishes US base

Esthec has opened its fourth global office in Fort Lauderdale. The new US base will complement the composite decking manufacturer’s existing offices in the Netherlands, Italy and Switzerland.

Esthec’s commercial director, Marcel van der Spek, said the decision was driven by increasing demand in the region. “We want to bring our operations closer to our American customers”, he explained. “And what could be a better place than here, in America's yachting capital on the Florida shore?”

“The American yacht building industry is increasing again, so we are keeping a close eye on the latest technical innovations and trends. We have a designer and project manager working in our office in Fort Lauderdale with vast experience in the nautical world and a strong sense of design for both the nautical and residential industries”, van der Spek added.
