Engel & Völkers sets up office in Bodrum

Engel & Völkers has established a yachting business division in Bodrum, Turkey. The new office is located alongside the Milta Marina.

“Bodrum is the main centre for yachting enthusiasts on Turkey’s Aegean Coast and a popular destination for discerning visitors throughout the year,” said Heike Tanbay, Licence Partner at Engel & Völkers Yachting in Bodrum, describing the location of her Yachting shop. Heike Tanbay has also been the licence partner of an Engel & Völkers residential property shop in Bodrum since 2007. She intends to make active use of the synergies between the two business divisions: “Many property owners in Turkey are also very interested in yachts, just as many yacht owners value high-quality real estate,” commented Mrs. Tanbay, summing up the mutual benefit. “And the global network of Engel & Völkers also grants us access to international contacts,” Mrs. Tanbay added.
