Curtis Stokes announce appointment

Superyacht brokerage firm, Curtis Stokes & Associates, has appointed Rob Dorfmeyer to open and run its new Mid-Atlantic sales office.

Dorfmeyer comes to the role from positions including publisher of PassageMaker Magazine and organizer of educational boat show series, the Trawler Fest events.

“We are very pleased to have Rob join our growing team,” said Curtis Stokes, company president. “Rob certainly knows the product we sell, as well as the people we assist in buying and selling yachts. He will be a great addition to our existing professional sales team.”

Curtis Stokes & Associates is a licensed and bonded yacht brokerage headquartered in Fort Lauderdale with clients around the globe. The company provides assistance in buying, selling, building and chartering yachts and builds its reputation on offering honest, personal and discreet service to a select group of clients.

A lifelong boater since his childhood days on Lake Erie, Dorfmeyer lives in Annapolis, Maryland and enjoys spending time aboard his boat Tiara with his two grown daughters.
