New CNI owner acquires the trademarks

Camper & Nicholsons International CEO, Michael Payne and President of the Board of Directors, Gualtiero Giori have confirmed the acquisition of Camper & Nicholsons Designs Ltd.

"I confirm our excitement with this acquisition and wish to thank everyone involved in the negotiations", Giori said of the deal.

Camper & Nicholsons Designs Ltd. (C&ND) owns the rights to all the registered trademarks of the Camper & Nicholsons brand, in all categories. C&ND provides agreements to the group of trading companies currently licensed to use the Camper & Nicholsons name.

Commenting on the significance of the move, Payne explained, "This acquisition is a major step forward in the development and future prosperity of the Camper & Nicholsons-branded companies.


"The acquisition of the C&N brand by Camper & Nicholsons International shows a significant commitment by the new shareholders of C&NI. We are excited with the potential that this acquisition brings to the C&N brand."

George Nicholson added, "I am delighted with the powerful initiative that has been taken. The brand will be stronger and the acquisition is a consolidation that leads to the enhanced future of the C&N branded companies."
