MONACO. Boutsen Design, provider of luxury interior decoration for VVIP business jets and residences, has announced the launch of Boutsen Design Yachting, a division of the business created specifically for the superyacht market.

“Boutsen Design is now established as a specialist in outfitting luxury interiors for business jets and residences, helping clients to choose the right theme and products from a broad and diverse range of suppliers,” explains founder and managing director Daniela Boutsen. “In establishing Boutsen Design Yachting we are aiming to position ourselves as the ‘go to’ partner in the design process in this exciting sector, working on projects from the beginning in close collaboration with interior designers.”

The new division — led by Maxime Castellini-Ninio, former head of the members’ relations department of the Monaco Yacht Club, together with Daniela Boutsen — will draw on the manpower and experience of mother companies Boutsen Aviation and Boutsen Design. Having worked closely on the refurbishment project for Lord Foster, overseeing the interior decoration of the Clubhouse’s private dining room and members only cabins of the Monaco Yacht Club, Boutsen and Castellini-Ninio know each others strengths and are already working on several confidential projects.

“Boutsen Design Yachting is positioning itself to work at the highest level in collaboration with the most professional and respected yacht designers, shipyards and owners,” says Chynine Schapira, in charge of business development and sales at Boutsen Design. “The experience acquired decorating the aircraft of heads of state and involvement with other VIP projects ensures that the team’s contribution to any project will be delivered to perfection.”

Headquartered in Monaco, adjacent to its recently inaugurated new Atelier, and just a stone’s throw from the harbour, the Boutsen showroom is supported by a dedicated logistics centre. Showcasing a selection of some of the world’s most luxurious brands, it welcomes designers and owners to plan their projects in an exclusive and discreet environment.
