Boksa Marine Design appoints new naval architect

Boksa Marine Design, Inc. has appointed Jeffrey Kuenning, as naval architect and marine engineer to join Boksa's Fort Lauderdale office.

Kuenning has ten years of experience developing a broad range of marine design expertise including structural and mechanical design, stability analysis and engineering project management.

Kuenning, a graduate of the University of Michigan with a B.S.E in Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering, joins Boksa from Northeast Technical Services Co, Tampa. His other roles include Marine Industries Northwest, Zimmerman Boatworks and Gilbert Associates. But his appointment is also something of a homecoming as he worked with Boksa Marine Design in 2008.



“We’re excited to have Jeff working with us again,” said Nick Boksa, president of Boksa Marine Design. “His addition, along with the experience of the other naval architects and engineers we have on staff, will help us continue providing the quality, range and depth of services that our clients have come to expect from us.”

Kuenning will have an immediate impact on the development of a variety of custom yacht and commercial marine design projects for the company.
