JL Audio UK has appointed the Dorset-based Saltwater Stone to handle a full programme of design and communications for this European distributor of the USA’s largest manufacturer of audio systems for the marine industry.

Saltwater Stone is a collaborative partnership between two leading companies specialising in the marine industry; Saltwater Communications in Public Relations and Media Buying and Stone Design in building and delivering effective, creative design. Already having worked together on a USA advertising campaign for a major satellite communications manufacturer, a complete web site and social media build for a coatings supplier and a rebranding package for a yacht broker, Saltwater Stone will now work with JL Audio UK to bring this high quality US product to the European market.

Alan Yorston of Saltwater Stone commented, “Both Saltwater and Stone Design have almost unrivalled experience in the marine industry and bringing these joint skills together has already benefited our clients internationally. This new project is an exciting prospect and will encompass many of the services we offer to provide a fully integrated communication package. JL Audio supplies top quality amplifiers and speakers which bring an unprecedented level of home-quality hi-fi aboard the boat. We look forward to helping to replicate in Europe the success they have experienced in USA.”

Saltwater Stone will attend the Monaco Yacht Show for the launch of the UK’s highly innovative Glider Yachts superyacht, which has a full JL Audio speaker system installed.
