We’ve used them several times in our stops. Last year, on the way to Norway, we spent a few days there, and a couple of years before that on our way to Russia, we did the same thing.
They’re a thoroughly professional outfit; they do what they say they’re going to do. They were very helpful arranging the pilots, the berth for us, fuel; they helped us with ground transportation, shuffling crew in and out.
They didn’t really do much to help us with provisions, but that’s because we had already done that ourselves. There we no real issues.
They’ve bee incredibly helpful with me. In fact, we’re thinking about doing a circumnavigation of the UK this summer, thinking about doing Iceland and the UK, getting up into the Shetland Islands, and they provided me with all sorts of information that makes it really increase my comfort factor.
I’d absolutely use them again. I’d recommend them to other people, they’re top notch. They’re low key and a bit vanilla, without that big heavy sales pressure. They do what you ask them to do, they do it quickly, easily, cost effectively, and all the while they’re good communicators. In other words, they’re very responsive, so I think a very good outfit.
