Sarp Yacht ready to complete a 46m project
The Turkish shipyard Sarp is almost ready to complete their 46m project …
Turkish shipyard Sarp Yacht has nearly completed its first project, the Sarp 46. Still under construction, she has a steel hull and a composite superstructure and is already listed for sale on the market. Her size is refined to fall below the 500 gross ton mark.
Taka Yacht Designs penned the exterior features of Sarp 46, consisting of a main deck master suite, two double rooms and two twins with Pullman berths.
The use of composite rather than aluminium in the superstructure is advantageous for both the stability and efficiency of the yacht. This also creates a weight reduction and a decrease in the need for maintenance.

Sarp Yacht shipyard manager, Emre Sandan, commented " We are hoping to have the project completed before schedule. If the building process is completed on time, Sarp 46 will be displayed at this year's Monaco Yacht Show in September.
Sarp 46 is up for sale with an asking price of €22.5 million.
