Columbus Yachts, brand of Palumbo, is preparing a double launch this month.
The shipyard will launch two yachts; the Classic 57m and hull 2 of the Sport Hybrid 40m. The official ceremony will be held on 16 May, 2015 in the Port of Naples, Italy.
The project Classic 57m is a full displacement steel and aluminium yacht. The interior of the yacht includes a variety of particular woods, mirrors and marbles.
The Hybrid 40m, instead, is built according to the 40S Hybrid, launched in August, 2013. Hull no. 2 features an aerodynamic light-weight aluminium hull and 'eco-friendly' optional advanced electric propulsion.
The two yachts will be at the Monaco Yacht Show in September.
