The 61.3m motoryacht New Sunrise, formerly known as Numptia, has been listed for sale by Burgess and Edmiston, for an asking price of $24.9 million (€21,981,000). She was delivered by the Italian yard CRN in 2000 and underwent an extensive refit in 2014 to fine-tune her condition for new ownership.
New Sunrise is one of three 30m+ yachts joining Edmiston’s sales fleet so far this month, following its appointment as central agent for Perini Navi’s 49.8m sailing yacht Silencio and the 45.6m 1967 Camper & Nicholsons build, Tanit.
New Sunrise is a well balanced, classic looking canoe stern motoryacht and offers exceptional deck space over three levels. The interior is a product of Francois Zuretti and has a very stylish 80m² sky lounge with a cherry and richly veined onyx decor, complete with full height windows.
At 1050GT, she is under the average for yachts of a similar LOA. The average gross tonnage for live motoryachts from 67.5 to 72.5m is 1,542GT. The average asking price for 55 to 65m new central agency listings in 2015 is €42.6 million, so despite a lesser volume, she is priced very attractively for prospective buyers.
She will be at the Monaco Yacht Show in berth H13 at Quai de l’Hirondelle.
