Lürssen has launched Project Green, a 66m Espen Oeino-designed motoryacht.

On 27 May, 2014, the 66m superyacht, with a beam of 11.9m, was launched into the water at Lürssen’s facilities, before entering the final phase of her construction.

The German shipyard has described the yacht as having “a very masculine appearance with a strong character”, while still upholding an elegant exterior, following clear directions from her owner.

Her interior, which is currently mid-installation, has been designed by Reymond Langton and includes elaborate joinery work and loose pieces of furniture made by Silver Lining.

Project Green’s delivery is scheduled for Autumn 2014. Lürssen will not reveal the name of the superyacht under the owner's instructions, however images appear to indicate she has been christened Ester III.
