Columbus Yachts launches two projects

The Italian brand Columbus has launched two of its latest projects in Naples.…

The Italian builder Columbus Yachts, a part of the Palumbo Group, has launched two new superyachts. The shipyard launched the 57m Classic superyacht and the second 40m Sport Hybrid hull. The official ceremony of the launch was held on one of Palumbo's floating docks at the Naples.

The 57m Classic is a full displacement steel and aluminium yacht. She belongs to the Classic line inaugurated by M/Y Prima, the first branded Columbus yacht.

Along with the 57m Classic, the shipyard launched the second 40m Sport Hybrid. She is named Divine and is identically designed in comparison to the first Sport Hybrid, launched in 2013. The yacht features an 'eco-friendly' electrical propulsion system and large balconies with ample deck space.

At the end of the ceremony, Palumbo Group presented three exclusive new project lines.
