Benetti has announced the launch of 60m FB255, M/Y Formosa, on 4 December from its Livorno yard.
The steel and aluminium superyacht, which was designed and engineered by the in-house Benetti team, has five decks, a beam of 10.6m and a total volume of 1,060GT.
The interior layout and design of the guest areas were created by the Sinot Design Studio, in close collaboration with the owner.
The layout is comprised of five suites for up to 10 guests, with a private deck set aside for the owner's quarters. fifteen crew are also accommodated on board.
Formosa is powered by twin MTU 12V4000 M53 engines, generating 1,380kW at 1,800rpm, producing a maximum speed of 16 knots, with a cruising speed of 15 knots. At the fuel saving speed of 12 knots, her range is 5,000 nautical miles.
