Admiral and Nakhimov combine again on 37m

Admiral Tecnomar is to build a 37m superyacht, due to be launched in 2016, with the deal brokered by Nakhimov Yachts.…

Nakhimov and Admiral-Tecnomar have continued their fruitful relationship, which now comprises five new build orders, with the signing of a contract for the construction of a new fully aluminium superyacht.  The 37m vessel is due for completion in spring 2016.

The yacht is to be built at the Admiral-Tecnomar shipyard in Marina di Carrara. The initial concept and the exterior styling were conceived by Monaco-based Dobroserdov Design, whose principal, Sergei Dobroserdov is also the director of Nakhimov. British company, Bannenberg & Rowell was commissioned to design the interior.

This semi-displacement motoryacht will have a maximum speed of 22 knots powered by four Volvo Penta IPS 900 series. Utilising two engines at 522kW each, she will have a transatlantic range of 3200 nautical miles.

The yacht will be LY3-commercial classed and will accommodate nine guests in four staterooms. Nakhimov will also assume the role of managing the project, from concept to completion.
