Kuipering up appearances
Kuiper Dutch Marine Panels will showcase its various panelling solutions at METS. …
Kuiper Dutch Marine Panels will be exhibiting in the Superyacht Pavilion at METS and will be on hand to discuss its custom-made sandwich panels, which can be manufactured to special demands regarding weight, sound insulation or thickness.
The company will also be promoting its recently developed KUIPER ACM 17 - Rubberlight - a sandwich panel with an ACM 17 layer provided with a top and bottom layer constructed from okoume plywood.
The ACM 17 is an engineered cork and rubber composite material used to damp vibration before it is radiated as noise and before it is transmitted to other system components.
There will also be the opportunity to discuss the option of a veneered panel finish with a ‘Scratch’ structure. The company says this is an especially effective finish on its range of oak veneers.
